*F.I.T. CIRCUIT – WHETHER YOU’RE NEW TO FITNESS OR JUST GETTING BACK INTO IT, THESE FULL BODY  CIRCUITS ARE DESIGNED TO BURN CALORIES AND MELT THAT UNWANTED WEIGHT AWAY! ALL MOVEMENTS CAN BE MODIFIED. RECOMMENDED FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS.

*F.I.T. CON- LEARN HOW TO MAKE YOUR BODY A MACHINE WITH OUR HIGH ENERGY CONDITIONING FOCUSED CLASS! WE FUSE TOGETHER TRX, DUMBBELL, KETTLEBELL, AND BODYWEIGHT MOVEMENTS TO BRING YOU A FULL BODY WORKOUT THAT WILL GET YOU THE RESULTS YOU WANT! RECOMMENDED FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
