When you arrive for your free fitness assessment, you’ll get:
- A tour of the training facility
- A consultation with one of our experienced trainers who will answer any questions you may have about nutrition and fitness
- A heart-pumping fitness assessment which will be modified for your current fitness level and will test your abilities
After your assessment, you’ll have access to 7 consecutive days of group training to see if FIT Brea is right for you.
